Pétanque is a French game also known as Boule. It is a fun game which does not require any previous experience. A team can consist of 1, 2 or 3 players.
We use the Pétanque pitch at the Eight Bells on The Moor. We play free in exchange for buying refreshments at the pub. The pitch at the Eight Bells can accommodate two games at once i.e. 12 players in total.
